1.5 up + dynams, og plan was 6x 800-200-200, but called it at 5 due to slippiness. The 800s were perdy gewd, but felt the hip was holding me back for the 200s & leg turnover was difficult. Also made the mistake of wearing my Nike pegs, which usually work well for tempo stuff, but have zero traction on snow & ice and it seems like I spent too much energy trying to not wipe out, rather than focusing on form and pace. Lesson learned. 2ish miles back to Wise, then additional 3.5 on the indoor track.
