2 up, 1 down, 3x 200-400-600-400-200 ladder. 2's and 4's were on, but really hit a wall for the 6's. Squeezed in lots of laps during the long rest periods. Felt very labored, mostly due to vocal chords acting up, which is definitely frustrating, gonna keep doing breathing exercises & monitor it. Don't wanna be too fatigued and merpy if I don't need to be!
