Recovery Run (w/ 3-1 Mile Intervals); 9:00 AM from Home; Goal of run was to do a recovery run and stay on my feet for 1.5 hrs; In the process I did 3-1 mile intervals; 15.14; 8.30; 14.37; 8.27; 14.33; 8.31; 14.40; 4.42. A lot of walking, but glad I got it in. 2nd Run @ McCurry Park
