this pool day WAS SO BORING! My average HR was 127 which is kinda womp womp womp...I had an attention span of like 15 seconds. It even got so bad I considered taking off the trusty floaty just so I would force myself to keep moving (ya know, as to not drown) but I couldnt part with her. I will show myself some grace- next pool day is a new day. I was feeling annoyed about the pool but by the time the run started I forgot all about it. I had a pretty good run. Def a little tired in the beginning but thats normal for a cross training day and I felt better as I went along. Strides felt like 2 miles long. Did my hip exercises with a band but the band I have kinda sucks. Still felt the burn more than usual. Rolled before, no dynamic stretching bc I'm thinking the pool warmed me up plenty, ice bath after.
