legs sore and tired today. Took it slow on the run but was still feeling the burn. Wasnt really expecting to feel sore in the pool but my hips and hamstrings were still feeling it a little bit while I was in there. I def wasnt moving as fast as I usually do but I'm gonna cut myself some slack. Today was a slow day. Skipped the icebath because for some reason I convinced myself I didnt need it but I am sitting here still very sore and questioning what came over me.
