I have beef with Widener rec center bc why is it only open Mon- thurs and why can't I even get in the building????? smh. Did core and stuff. Knee hurt walking around last night and could feel it when I walked down to the gym a little bit so I didnt attempt to run on it today maybe I'll try again later idfk I am feeling very dejected atm
