AM: Ran 8 at a good pace Ran around the hotel Hot outside Hydrated well Stretched Rolled out Another early run today. I found a lot more hills than I thought I would. I wasn't sure of the mileage so I assumed I was running 8 min pace and ran for 64 mins. I was probably faster than 8 min pace but it's a good estimation. Stomach was still iffy from running this early so strides were out of the picture. PM: Ran 5 at a good pace Ran around the hotel Hot outside Hydrated well 6 striders Core, Hips, & Shoulders Got bored in the hotel so I decided to do some more miles. It'll make my morning tomorrow a little easier with the travel. Assumed 8 min pace like I did this morning and just ran for 40 mins. Spliced some striders into the run at the end.
