This was probably the smoothest I've felt ever going up the hills on this loop. I did mess up the first mile, I think I just naturally go fast on the TTC, because I came through the half mile in sub-5 pace, but it felt relaxed. I saw the split and decided to ease up the second half mile, and then the mile heading from the condos to 60 steps I decided to take it easy to compensate for the fast mile. After that I fell into this really good smooth rhythm and just started clicking off the miles like clockwork. This workout had me pumped for the next one! I missed out on the little things again today. I really have to figure this out and hold myself accountable. I was tired from a good workout and allowed myself to use that as an excuse, but it isn't an excuse.
