Daily Note

AM:
Ran at a good pace
Ran LoP and then added on the last mile on the indoor track
Hot outside
Hydrated well
Had to be home early so I just decided to walk later and stretch after that.
PM:
Walked a 2k loop around my neighborhood
Stretched for 11 mins and then rolled out for 3 mins after the walk
Core & Shoulders
Left IT Band felt kinda tight, I think it's from the 51 hour work week. I'm going down in mileage next week for the three R's of running success: Rest, Recovery, (r)Adapt
