AM:
Ran 11 at a good pace
Ran Lansdale loop
Hot outside
Hydrated well
Stretched for about 12.5 mins and then rolled out for about 4 mins after the run. First day of work so I'm seeing how well doing a longer run before hand and a shorter run afterwards works out.
PM:
Ran 4 at a good pace
Ran around the neighborhood

Legs didn't feel too bad, spent 8 hours just walking around the warehouse so I was surprised that my legs felt good-ish.
I'm aiming to hit 100 miles this week. That being said, I will yield to my body if needed. If my legs feel dead after work, I won't do a PM run. If my body feels extra tired in the morning I will cut my run short. If I'm really feeling bad, I may just get some time on the legs with a short easy run and focus on getting rest. It's only June, I don't care what kind of shape I'm in right now as long as I'm healthy.

    Just make sure you are getting good sleep to make getting up in the AM worthwhile.
