pretty sure my foot pain is peroneal tendonitis...thought it was getting better, hence the run yesterday. Woke up this morning and couldn't flex my foot properly though. Taking time off is tough, but I'm not trying to make this foot issue any worse, especially when I'm not really training for anything in particular at the moment...opted for a body/lightweight lift session, focusing on hip and calf strength with a lot of deep rolling/stretching.
