Daily Note

Mixed workout on the outdoor track today. 2 up, 2x1200 @cruise, 2x(3x300) @rep, 2 down. Was a little sore from yesterday's lift still, so wasn't sure how the faster stuff would go, but turned out to be a great workout! 12s were both 4:26 (did the 2nd one with Sebastian, shouts out) and the 3s were mostly 52s, a few 53s and a 51 at the end. A tiny bit fast on pace, but felt pretty great during it all. The last 50 of each 3 was great practice for keeping form and mental strength. Gonna be sore tomorrow, but very encouraged by the effort today! Good rolling and a lot of stretching after.
