Daily Note

2 mi wu, 6x800-200-200, about 2 mile cd. This workout went better then last time, but still needs some improvement. By the end my 800’s we’re getting too fast and my 200’s too slow. 200’s ranged from (37-44, say I averaged around 39/40) first 800 was uphill and quite slow 3:16, 2:59, 3:06, 3:07,3:03, 3:01 (I believe).
