Daily Note

First ever CT on bike. Felt good. Really chill and a little fun. A little uncomfortable on my back. Afterwards I went to the trainers again and did a stretching routine, rolled out, and used a heating pad on my shin not because I was hurting, but because they told me to come back everyday and do things that will make it better. Ran the mile in gym. Didn't try hard, but still felt it on my shin. Bad sign. Trainers told me to bike and run a mile max tomorrow, so I will probably do a workout on the bike then go outside and run 4 and a half minutes in the slough or hunter or something. Soft surfaces are ideal.
