Daily Note

Summited Shasta with Reed. It took 4.5 hrs up and only 2 hrs down....rip. It was my first 14er so that was really exciting, but I was not ready for what the last 1,000 ft felt like. Looked like everyone was walking in slow motion and I could barley bring myself to move. Just had to put my head down and grind, but we made it.
