Ran in the morning on the flat bark mulch trail. Forgot there was a 4th of July race, so I ran through that on accident. Overall legs felt a little tired up the hill but otherwise good. Drove to Adams to go backpacking. Climbed 3,000+ ft in under 3 hrs with 60+ lb packs. I think this is the hardest thing I have ever done. I really need a lighter sleeping bag.
