Daily Note

2.5 mi warmup, 12x 50’ hill, 4 mi cool down. A little tired and felt harder than I would have liked but made it through all the reps at a consistent pace. The mileage felt good though. Also rolled my ankle on rep 5 and had to take a minute to recover. Ankle felt better after finishing the workout but after a couple hours is a little sore and stiff.
