Some push-ups and squats and silly child’s play at PT, then gym for seated rows, bent over barbell rows, Arnold press, hammer curls, regular curls, single arm lat pull downs, an ab circuit (4 min plank, 45lb plate, 4x25 raises on bar, 4x25 oblique raises on bar, a few other random things) + treadmill run
