beautiful (slightly cold) run with the one and only ella. it makes my heart happy that my sweet sweet teammates are on campus again <3333. Morning lift, back/shoulder focused. DB rows, barbell rows, arnold press, single-arm lat pull-downs, seated cable rows, pullups, shoulder burner (4x10 continuous lateral raises, forward raises, DB punches, bent over DB flys), about 15 minutes of abs for good measure
