Somehow cadets manage to create workouts that last an hour yet accomplish very little. So I suppose you could say I did a "few" pushup variations and abs during Zoom PT this morning. Then leg day at the gym, bulg split squats, romanian deadlift, trap bar deadlift, leg press, weighted calf raises, hip abs/ads, leg extension, hamstring curl, 4x25 KB swings. School, then afternoon workout- 11x hill repeats (the one by CHS) followed by 2 miles @ T and cool down
