was off work today which was nice. normally I am never up early enough to run with my mom but she ran in the late morning for some reason so I joined her. Then afternoon leg day, 4x10 weighted lunges, 4x8 Romanian deadlift, 4x10 Bulgarian split squats, 4x10 hip adductor/4x10 hip abductor, 4x10 good mornings, 4x10 hamstring curl, 4x10 leg extensions. Then the usual youtube ab routine + stretching + rolling
