Daily Note

Woke up at 9am and did 50 push-ups, 20 squats, and 20x core circuit. Ran from Skog @3:30pm when the weather was 35 degrees, 12 mph winds, and cloudy. Lots of guys were working out today, so it was simply Justin and I on Cornhole to Canada. Nice to switch up the route. Unfortunately was not feeling great so this run seemed to take forever. Legs tired and cardio was average at best. Glad to have Justin with me who was feeling similar. Also was not pleasant being hungry for the entire run...might have to contributed to my feeling flat. Added on some miles with Radio Tower Road and finished down Short Bryce. Had to sprint briefly in order to beat out a train. I feel like I've been doing a lot of this recently. Did 4x100m strides afterwards. Although I wasn't going all that fast, these went surprisingly well considering the struggle that the majority of today was simply a grind to get miles done. To finish up my time at the mats, did calf raises, toe tappers, rolled, and 15 PT side-ups. Then upstairs for Upper Body Lifting. This didn't go all that great today. Maybe due to the big breakfast and no lunch. Did chest press, pullovers, lat pull-down, sit-up variations, shoulder press, tri pulldown, dumb bell curls, & 10 PUs. PF7s @ 52.3 miles.
