Daily Note

Ran from the house @6:45am when the weather was 79 degrees, cloudy, 8 mph winds, and very humid (80%). Ran w/o the orthotic today. Did the Sylvan Glen Trails. Enjoyed the soft surfaces, but the flies/bugs out there were hellish. Got bombarded for about 5 miles and was yelling obscenities out in the quite, pristine woods. Glutes and hip flexors were still a bit tired today. Can't figure out for the life of me why my hip flexors have been so fatigued recently. If you guys have any ideas, let me know. Everything else felt pretty average today. Didn't feel stellar out there today, probably due to the humidity. Got back and did calf raises, toe tappers, stretched, 20 squats, 20x core circuit, & 50 push-ups. After work today, around 5:30pm, I went to the MAC and did the Upper Body Lifting routine, plus 15x PT side ups, rolling, 50 ninjas-in-a-rowboat, and 30 resistance bands. Felt pretty good on lifting today. Considering adding another lift that focuses on biceps...currently feel like the triceps and shoulders are getting plenty of attention, while the front side of the arm is lacking. Pure Flow 7s @ 446.5 miles.
