Daily Note

New shoes came in and thank goodness they did because I had no foot pain today woooooo. Watch your shoe mileage, kids. Had to cover E's shift at Swat Pizza tonight so this run was squeezed in between clinical and work. Ran in New Castle today. Enjoying the new scenery but miss my teammates :(
