Mile Repeats

Daily Note

2.5 WU, 5x1 mile (6:22, 6:22, 6:20, 6:18, 6:12), 1x800 (2:56), 2 CD. Felt good today and paces were right where I was hoping they'd be. 4th mile repeat was definitely my hardest because my breathing was whack. 5th one felt really good, legs were just getting tired. Followed it with a quick 800. Shins were a little sore before the workout but didn't bother me during or after. Will ice throughout the rest of my super exciting day filled with studying
