Mile Repeats

Daily Note

2.5 WU, 4x1 mile repeats (6:12, 6:09, 6:09, 6:12), 2.5 CD. Honestly went into this with a pretty negative attitude. Did not think it was going to go well at all so I pleasantly surprised myself today with the workout. Thought my first one was too fast but ended up keeping it really consistent. Wanted to do a 5th one but my legs were super tired on the fourth one and my diaphragm started hurting. During the first two mile repeats, my first 800 was 2:50 and 2:54 but on my last two repeats, I was around 3:05 for the first 800. Pacing myself has been a challenge but improved throughout the workout
