Workout- 400s

Daily Note

2 WU, 7x400 (77, 82, 80, 81, 80, 82, 84) w/200 recovery, 1 CD. Got really bad right shin pain on the 5th one and it kept getting worse so I stopped it at 7 and rowed the rest of the workout with 80 seconds hard and 90 seconds easy. Feels like bone pain which is really worrying me but the cool down was okay
