Workout- Pre and 400's

Daily Note

2 WU, 1 mile pre (6:02 overall- 39, 50, 38, 50, 40, 49, 41, 50), 0.75 recovery, 8x400 w/200 recovery (80, 84, 83, 81, 80, 84, 81, 83), 1 CD. Pre went well! I'm happy that I was able to keep the ons and offs pretty consistent. 400's also felt decently relaxed. My legs were definitely feeling heavy during the last two but not painful. Nice to be outside for this workout and it was definitely much easier to breathe. Good job to everyone today!
