Daily Note

2mi warmup, 5mi workout, 2mi split cooldown. Workout was 3x1600m@T(5:20) w/ 2min rest, 4x400m@R(65-70) w/ 400m jog. Splits were (5:19, 5:14, 5:11), (68, 67, 69, 67). Ran with Nathan and Eric (not Herrmann) for the tempo bits and on my own for the 400s. Nathan did another mile in ~4:55ish. Felt decent, but the three of us ended up going a bit faster than I would have liked on the tempo portion. Pillar before
