Was aiming for 3-4 miles at 5:00-5:10 pace, but I ended up feeling really good running just under 5:00 pace instead. Didn’t want to keep the watch running so I just counted 3mins instead of timing it. Looks like the elapsed time was about 7:30 longer, so rest was 2:30 instead of 3. Splits were (4:59, 4:53, 4:58, 4:55). Felt smooth on each one, definitely pushing by the fourth mile though. Need some longer workouts in me. pillar after
