Daily Note

AM- Nice morning shakeout around the F&M block. Kinda humid tho.
PM- 2mi warmup, 5mi tempo, 4ish minute rest, 4x200m w/ 200m recovery. Worked with Peter and Zach throughout. Splits were (5:26, 5:21, 5:27, 5:26, 5:31), then roughly 30s for each of the 200s. I had my new watch on the wrong lap setting so I didn’t get splits, but it’s probably somewhere around there. Definitely a grinder of a workout. Would have liked to get 6 miles in for the tempo but I need to get better at pacing in the beginning. All in all, tough day but good effort.
