Daily Note

AM- 4 around the F&M block incl. an add-on. Felt a bit sluggish. Probably because I ate eggs right before this *shrug*
PM- pillar, 2mi warmup, 6mi workout, 2mi cooldown. Workout was 6x1200@10kish(3:48) w/ 400m recovery. Splits were 3:48, 3:47, 3:47, 3:49, 3:45, 3:48. Recovery after the 4th and 5th reps had to slow down because Otis, Nate, and I were getting pretty tired. Definitely a grinder's workout today. Probably wouldn't have made it through those 6 without those guys. I think we all felt the same way. Happy to get that work in! Had a nice post-workout PBR, too
