Daily Note

2mi warmup, ~4.5mi workout, ~1.5mi cooldown, ~1.5mi second cooldown. Workout was supposed to be 8x800@2:35ish w/ 200m recovery, but I stopped after 7 because I was on the verge of blowing up. Splits were 2:33, 2:31, 2:33, 2:34, 2:33, 2:35, 2:40. Not happy with how I felt on these but maybe a bit surprised I hung in there as long as I did. Was working with Ryan Gehman by the end but he was having a killer workout that I could not keep up with. Cooled down to the Boben's for a post-workout shindig with the track club, nice to be able to see Martha again, haven't really seen her since graduating from McCaskey. Ran like a mile and a half home afterwards with Zach and Otis next to me on their bikes
