Got my Achilles scraped a little while before the run. I felt it a little bit at the beginning of the run yesterday and also during the lift. Didn't hurt though- just kind of felt it. Figured this will hold me over for the last few weeks. Met up with Odin before the run and did killar pillar for the first time in a while. After much deliberation and reevaluation, we ended up running Rolling into Dpark. Everyone kind of separated up by the end of the run and I did some strides on the football field with Odin. Been trying to not run in tights when I can avoid it and try to get my legs more accustomed to the cold. Not that today was that bad, but the strides were chilly and I just want to be able to run fast in the cold better than I've been able to in the past.
