Daily Note

I was planning on going to do another treadmill run, but then my shin was killing me skiing and when I took off boot, I my whole ankle area was in pain so I decided to take some time off. We got half a foot of snow on the mountain so it was a beautiful powder day, but didn't bode well for my ankles with the heavy skies. I might need some buffer days to recover from skiing before going hard into indoor training.
