1000's: 3:35, 3:37, 3:38, 3:37, 3:35 200's: 33, 31.5, 33, 31 Solid work today. Didn't feel great, but I was able to push through. Workout at Graue Mill so times weren't fast, but they were decently consistent; especially given how I felt. Now that pollen is out, breathing has been tough, but I am working on it. Just a struggle. Feels good to get through a tough one, though.
