Did Friday's workout - Broken Tempo. by myself. 2 mile wu (8:36 avg), 2 x 3mile tempo (set 1- 6:47avg, set 2-6:46 avg for second set). 1.07 mile cd (7:49 avg). Ran through SMU up Boedecker to NW Hwy, back down airline, etc. Hills added difficulty to keeping pace and it was humid. Legs are a little tired.

Easy 7 Miles, dont worry about pace today, just get the mileage in.
