Didn't sleep too well. Had a headache (allergies) and it was raining when I woke up so pushed the start time back from 5:30am to 8am and went into work late. Run was fine. Went easy with Ray in misty weather. Have a massage scheduled for after work. Still fighting a headache mid-morning
