Daily Note
2.06 miles warmup (8:33, 8:07), 3 miles of 2 min on/1 min easy. Paces were 5:58, 5:55, 6:18, 5:56, 6:09, 6:02, 5:54. 1.2 mile cooldown (8:09, 8:39pace). I didn't have paces showing on my watch so I just went by feel. The run was mostly downhill (started on Boedecker past Luke's and down Katy Trail).
Okay for me to sign up for Irving Half Marathon 4/27/19?
