Daily Note

Taking my off day so I can reset my schedule and get back to running in the morning but still get enough recovery between runs. Also did a little driving around after work to scout out roads to run on and I'm not sure how it's gonna work out. Right not I might have to stick to loops around sewickly and the montour trail until I can find some good roads.
