Adams Street tempo today for 15 minutes. Covered ~2.83 miles in 15 minutes, nearly catching up to the pack that was behind me. Not too bad of a start for the Adams street tempos, putting me at 5:18 pace for the duration. First actual workout back after the flu (and currently the cold), so just coming out of the rough patch of the training season of very little mileage. I should be able to hold the same pace for 20-25 minutes next week. Longer cool-down afterwards.
