1200s at Graue (84 degrees, light winds). Originally was supposed to get 6 in but IT band pain really kicked in at the end of the 4th rep causing me to slow down a bunch (3:37, 3:37, 3:34, 3:41). Pissed that it ruined the workout but stuff like this always happens and it's the way you deal with it that matters. Going to PT tomorrow and I'm 100% confident I'll be good to go afterward- they always know how to help out.
