Great running weather here and some nice trails so I’ve been able to get miles in comfortably. 60 miles for the week is a big jump from 15 last week but I’m just getting in miles when I know I can. Next week will be less reliable when we get out of a house and into a hotel and then an apartment in London and Paris-. I’ll probably just run tomorrow Monday and Tuesday higher mileage as I’ll still be in the house. For now I’m feeling surprisingly fine.
