Beaver from my house with my brother for a fraction of it. One thing I did well last week was running the workout pace that was prescribed instead of going too fast or too slow. One thing I can work on is consistency in training. I've been careful the past month for my ailments in fear of worsening them. After running 16 miles on whatever strain I had and it substantially improving, I'm more confident in my body's ability to heal even while training. Consistency is key for the next month leading up to Hornet-Red. Looking for my first 70+ mile week this week.
