Improved last week on the sleep I got each night despite feeling tired Thursday. Still a lot of room for improvement this upcoming week, however. Another goal I have for this week is feeling confident before races. Went into the 3200m Thursday seriously doubting my potential to break 10. Now I have a new source of confidence running that 10:06 because it's so close to sub 10. Running the 4x800 F/S and 1600m at McCarthy so it's essential I keep that in mind.
