8:45- Unmotivated this morning but felt ok once I got out there. Did 8 by 30 second strides at mile 19. No water on this run. Still not able to run hard as during the strides could still feel tightness but its not behind the knee anymore as its higher up where it goes into the upper leg. SO I think this is a good sign it may be improving. Hopeful things get better this week!
