8:45- heel a litty iffy this morning so started real slow. I assume its from the longer runs 3 out of the last 5 days or I wore my older sandals yesterday which was stupid as they caused some pain before. Felt better after a few miles. Did 8 strides at the park. Forgot to start the watch as I was focused on the heel. 3:30- Easy 4.5 miles. Felt better breaking in a newer pair of shoes and insoles( protalus).
