9:00- Got a late start and almost bailed on the workout as it was warm (80's already and humid). Convinced myself to give it a go and just ran them by effort with no time. Breathing got up there and legs got tired so I know I was going a good pace. Did 10 hills. 2 by Pine Street ( .33) 2 by Forest (.199) 6 by O'Brien Ave( .127) Total Hill circuit= 3.6 miles 5.4 warmup, 3.3 cooldown. 4:30- Easy shakeout. Went longer then normal as I felt good. Close to 90 out though.
