Stopped at Emily Kauchak's house on my way home from Allegheny and I ran while she, her twin sister, and their friend from high school biked with me! It was really nice to have company and they made me keep up a good pace. I was planning on just running 6.5 but passed the turnaround point for that mileage before I looked down at my watch so today ended up being my long run since I was not going any other distance between those two. I ended up miscalculating 9 miles anyway and went a half mile extra.
