New lift in the morning. A big thank you to Carter for saving me from squishing myself to death when I couldn't life the bar for benchpress. I owe you my life and I hope your comp turned out well. Easy(ish) 6 miles to sign and back in the afternoon with Maggie, Sarah, and Jace. Strides, rolling, stretching, and hip strengthening afterwards. Also, Maggie, you were wrong. National Grouch day is in October, not today. :(
